Sashi , the CEO and Founder of Meraki Constructions, has established himself as a trailblazer in the real estate and construction sector. With a sharp eye for innovation and a deep commitment to client satisfaction, he has led Meraki to new heights since its inception in 2021.
Recognized as an “Under 40 Visionary Leader” and featured in Mint, Sashi’s achievements stand as a testament to his leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the prestigious MEASI Academy of Architecture, one of India’s top architecture institutions. Before starting Meraki Constructions, his career saw him gaining valuable experience at industry giants like Amazon and Casagrand, where he honed his understanding of the real estate landscape in India.
Sashi’s entrepreneurial journey is driven by a passion to create value for people by delivering thoughtfully designed homes that align with modern lifestyles. Under his leadership, Meraki Constructions has rapidly grown, operating successfully in Chennai and Bangalore, with plans to expand to Mumbai by 2025 and establish a PAN India presence. Offering free, expertly designed homes that are Vaastu-compliant and space-efficient, Meraki is transforming how people build their dream homes, positioning itself for even larger ventures like gated communities and townships by 2026.
